Cha'Lea is an ex-corporate executive who has over a decade of leadership experience successfully leading high performing teams across the nation. She is the founder and CEO of an innovative and non-traditional leadership development firm that is on a mission to engage the leadership of workforces around the world to empower them to connect their world to their work.
Cha'Lea overcame adversity through most of her life being born into the generational cycle of poverty, emotional childhood neglect, and fixed mindsets. At just the young age of 8 years old, she witnessed an attempted murder on her mother carried out by her drug-addicted father and bravely made the call that would go on to incarcerate her father.
At 12, she started working to help support her mother and siblings.
At just 15 years old, she became pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, and at that moment, leadership took another level of meaning. Faced with the challenges ahead, she firmly planted her feet into the ground and took action to become the first person in her family to graduate high school, college and advance a professional six-figure career.
At 23 she became the first female, millennial, and Latina executive to sit at the table of men leading a multi-million sales region in the pharmaceutical industry.
She is now the proud founder and CEO of Flipping the Script a Leadership Development Firm for consciousness, authentic, and impactful leaders.
Cha'Lea' s work to advocate for engaged leaders at every level who lead beyond the title has fueled her success and notoriety.
